Logint, originally the owner of several commercial properties, in 2022 through a major real estate transaction with an international player decides to divest part of its assets.

The results of that transaction now make up the portfolio of movable investments, to which are added land, apartments and offices located in Parma, Milan, Genoa, Rome and Sant’Ilario D’Enza.
