Giovanni Fagioli

President

With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience today, he is CEO of Finaval and Vice-President of Fondo H S.p.A.
In 1987 he was appointed board member of the company Fagioli S.p.A., an international leader in the special transport sector, rising to the position of managing director from 1993 to 2003.
In 1989, he joined the board of directors from Snatt Logistics S.p.A. and has been its president since 2004. He is co-founder as well as president of the OMLOG company for which, in recent years, he has led development and expansion in the Middle East and the UK.
He has served as a board member of:
– SACE (Treasury), Institute for Foreign Trade Insurance Services;
– META S.p.A. of Modena – Energy Territory Environment;
– Banca Fin-Eco S.p.A. of Milan – Subsidiary Company of Fineco S.p.A. – Capitalia Group.
He was awarded the honors of Cavaliere and Commendatore of the Italian Republic.

On June 2nd , 2024, the President of the Republic bestowed upon him the honor of Grand Officer (Grande Ufficiale).

Giovanni Fagioli

President

Con oltre 30 anni di esperienza imprenditoriale oggi è CEO di Finaval e Vice-President di Fondo H S.p.A.
Nel 1987 viene nominato consigliere di amministrazione della società Fagioli S.p.A., leader a livello internazionale nel settore dei trasporti speciali, arrivando a ricoprire dal 1993 al 2003 la carica di Amministratore Delegato.
Nel 1989 entra a far parte del consiglio di amministrazione dalla società Snatt Logistica S.p.A. e dal 2004 ne è il Presidente. È co-fondatore nonché presidente della società OMLOG per il quale, negli ultimi anni, ha guidato lo sviluppo ed espansione in medio oriente ed in UK.
E’ stato Consigliere di Amministrazione di:
– SACE (Ministero del Tesoro), istituto per i servizi assicurativi del commercio estero;
– META S.p.A. di Modena – Energia Territorio Ambiente;
– Banca Fin-Eco S.p.A. di Milano – Società Controllata da Fineco S.p.A. – Gruppo Capitalia.
Gli sono state conferite le onorificenze di Cavaliere e di Commendatore della Repubblica Italiana.

Dal 02 Giugno 2024 il Presidente della Repubblica gli ha conferito l’onorificenza di Grande Ufficiale.

Giuseppe Santarcangelo

Si è laureato in Economia Aziendale all’Università di Bologna ed è iscritto all’albo dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili dal 2006 e Revisori Contabili dal 2007. Ha iniziato la sua carriera nel 2001 in contabilità e fiscalità presso lo Studio Venceslai di Bologna con il quale ha partecipato alla costituzione nel 2004 di Corvalue S.r.l., società di consulenza in M &A e Finanza. Nell’ottobre 2007 è entrato a far parte del team Finaval e dal 2013 segue tutti gli investimenti del gruppo. Oggi è Deputy CEO in Finaval Srl, Presidente di Sebastian Srl – Mar.In Service e NAVCO, consigliere di FONDO H Srl e Presidente del CDS di Snatt Logistica SpA. È sposato e padre di due figli.

Angelica Fagioli

Vice president

Presidente del Consiglio di amministrazione di AF, consegue la sua formazione nel mondo fashion e viaggia importanti brand tramite collaborazioni in ambito Visual-Merchandising. Dal 2017 Brand Manager di Sebastian Milano e The Saddler, decide di cogliere la sfida mondiale e di vivere il mondo della consulenza ESG.

Renzo Lusetti

Istitutional Relations

Dopo la laurea in Scienze Politiche presso l’Università di Bologna, diventa Coordinatore Amministrativo dell’Unità Sanitaria locale.
Nel 1987 viene eletto Deputato al Parlamento e ricopre l’incarico fino al 1994 per poi diventare Assessore al personale del Comune di Roma.
Ritorna nel 2001 in Parlamento e  cinque anni dopo acquisisce la nomina di Segretario di Presidenza alla Camera dei Deputati.
Alla 5° legislatura, nel 2013, lascia il suo incarico pubblico per dedicarsi al settore privato.
Entra in Fondo H con il titolo di Istitutional Relations.

Chiara Zoccolillo

ESG Director

Inizia il suo percorso professionale nella prevenzione “Security&enviromental” in ambito navale all’interno del gruppo Finaval e nel 2019 amplia la propria attività al Gruppo AF, divenendo Director della capogruppo nel 2022 dedicandosi alla gestione delle tematiche ESG.

Tra le varie società controllate dal gruppo opera in:

  • ELLE, monitorando i progetti di sviluppo fotovoltaico e gestione energetica;
  • INDI-ESG società di consulenza a forte trazione digitale ed ambientale con ruolo di ESG Director;
  • AF Studio, realtà produttiva di calzature di lusso, al cui interno costruisce e gestisce il team di Product Management venendo promossa in pochi anni, visto il forte contributo positivo e i risultati ottenuti, al ruolo di Chief Operative Officer ed inserita all’interno della board of advisor con delega alla completa ed autonoma gestione della realizzazione del prodotto.

Antonio Floriani

Investor Relations
Laureato in Psicologia per il Benessere e iscritto all’ordine degli Psicologi dell’Emilia Romagna, ad inizio 2022 entra in una piccola realtà consulenziale per poi acquisire varie responsabilità all’interno della holding controllante.
In questo percorso di crescita ha sviluppato competenze trasversali diversificate che gli consentono di districarsi agilmente nel mondo del lavoro e in tutte le sfumature che lo caratterizzano.
Dalle Human Resources al Business Development, la cura della relazione è il motore della sua professionalità.
Oggi offre il proprio know-how a Fondo H, ricoprendo il ruolo di Inverstor Relator.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2006 and a Chartered Accountant since 2007. He started his career in 2001 in the accounting and tax department of Studio Venceslai in Bologna, with which he participated in the creation of Corvalue S.r.l., an M&A and financial advisory firm, in 2004. In October 2007 he joined the Finaval team and since 2013 he has followed all the Group’s investments. Today he is Deputy CEO of Finaval Srl, Chairman of Sebastian Srl – Mar.In Service and NAVCO, Director of FONDO H Srl and Chairman of the CDS of Snatt Logistica SpA. He is married with two children.

Chairman of the AF Board of Directors, he obtains his education in the fashion world and travels important brands through collaborations in Visual-Merchandising. Since 2017 Brand Manager of Sebastian Milano and The Saddler, he decided to take up the global challenge and experience the world of ESG consulting.

Renzo Lusetti

Institutional Relations

After graduating in Political Sciences from the University of Bologna, he became Administrative Coordinator of the local Health Authority.
In 1987 he was elected Member of Parliament and held the position until 1994 before becoming Personnel Councilor of the Municipality of Rome.
He returned to Parliament in 2001 and five years later acquired the position of Secretary to the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies.
In the fifth legislature, in 2013, he left his public office to dedicate himself to the private sector.
He joins Fondo H with the title of Institutional Relations.

Chiara Zoccolillo

ESG Director

He began his professional career in “Security&enviromental” prevention in the naval field within the Finaval Group, and in 2019 expanded his activities to the AF Group, becoming Director of the parent company in 2022, dedicating himself to the management of ESG issues.

Among its various subsidiaries, the group operates in:

  • ELLE, monitoring PV development and energy management projects;
  • INDI-ESG consulting firm with strong digital and environmental traction with a role as ESG director;
  • AF Studio, a luxury footwear manufacturing company, within which it builds and manages the team of Product Management being promoted in a few years, given the strong positive contribution and results achieved, to the role of Chief Operating Officer and embedded within the Board of advisors with delegated authority to fully and independently manage the implementation of the product.

Antonio Floriani

Investor Relations
Graduated in Psychology for Wellbeing and registered with the Order of Psychologists of Emilia Romagna, in early 2022 he joined a small consulting firm and then acquired various responsibilities within the controlling holding company.In this path of growth he has developed diversified transversal skills that allow him to nimbly disentangle himself in the world of work and all its nuances.From Human Resources to Business Development, relationship care is the driving force behind his professionalism.Today he offers his expertise to Fund H, serving in the role of Inverstor Relator.
