(Teleborsa) – Theshareholders’ meeting<\/strong> by ATON Green Storage<\/span>, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of energy storage systems for photovoltaic systems, has approved the budget<\/strong> of operation to December 31, 2023 and elected a new administrative body<\/strong> composed of 7 members: Ettore Uguzzoni (President), Mauro Nervosi, Aldo Balugani, Vittorio Balugani, Maria Barbara Leoni, Davide Mantegazza and Renzo Lusetti.<\/p>\n

Also appointed a new Board of Statutory Auditors<\/strong>, composed of: Roberta Duca (President), Claudia Martinelli and Francesca Masotti as Standing Auditors and Messrs. Filippo Ioni and Gigliola Di Chiara as Alternate Auditors.<\/p>\n
